Ards & North Down Borough Council needed an animation in response to their original survey and animation ‘The Big Conversation’. The Big Conversation was a great starting point for the council to find out what was really important to the community and people of Ards. Now ‘The Big Plan’ is their response to what they found.
Software used was Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe After Effects and Adobe Premiere Pro. All character rigs were created using DUIK in Adobe After Effects.
